The Origin of edointerior
How I grew a 200K follower community and where it's going next.
Hello.
A little over one year ago, I started this brand with the intention to share cool products that I just so happen to find on Pinterest. Since I was always looking at unique design, I decided to share what I found on a platform I could call my own. Today, EDOINTERIOR have amassed over 200K+ followers across three platforms...and we're just getting started.

I started gaining traction when I started posting these fun posts, titled "cool sh!t for your room". It was slow at first, but with consistent posting and trying to make each post better than the last, I actually started to get a lot of attention. My account exploded. I think I went from 200 followers to 15,000 in two days (a couple of my posts went viral at the same time). This viewership was great, so I decided to open an Amazon Storefront. I earned a few commissions here and there, kept making fun slideshows, I even taught a course on how to make similar accounts, but I always felt like I could be doing more. This was around the time I rebranded, not just my brand identity, but also my mission statement.
Followers from day one will remember when I was originally branded under a character from one of my favorite manga, Vagabond. Although when I gained more attention, I realized I had to rebrand under a new alias (hence the minimalist house icon you see today), but the idea behind that story remained. I won't spoil too much, but it's essentially about how "there is nothing to prove to anyone but oneself, and one must strive for self-improvement". I'm always on a quest for this concept, which is why EDOINTERIOR is always evolving with you at it's center.

EDOINTERIOR is more than another design inspiration. It is my commentary on the current interior design landscape and how the brand can inspire a new movement of designers. I want to change how my fellow peers think about design, all through a unique artistic approach. Things will get experimental, but I promise the ones that stick around won't want to miss out!
